Subscription
- I subscribed but I cannot access my account
Once subscribed you do receive a mail with a link.
You need to click this link to activate your account. - How do I subscribe ?
You click on the link "Log In" at the top left, just above the green frame.
In this page you can register by clicking the "register" button.
Once you have filled out the registration form a confirmation mail will be sent to your email.
You need to double click the link in the mail to activate your account. - I made a mistake while subscribing and would like to change my profile
Click on the link "my account" at the top right.
Log in by using your login and password.
You are automatically directed to the page "my account".
Under the label "my profile" you will find the link "manage my user settings profile".
Click on this link and you are being redirected to your subscription form on which you can change your information. - Professional photographer or other ?
Only photographers who work as a photographer can upload images.
It is important to select this on your subscription form. Other people can only comment directly to the photographers or create a playlist of their favourite images. - Is this free ?

- I have not received the confirmation mail.
Are you sure of the email address you gave while subscribing ? It could be that the confirmation mail was redirected by your SPAM fighter. Please validate mails from @yourshot.eu. If you still have not received your confirmation mail, please click on forgotten password and your login and password will be sent.

- How can I access my account ?
At the top right there is a link "log in".
By clicking this link you arrive at the page where you can enter your login and password. - I would like to change my password, my ID picture, my email address, ...
Click on the link "my account" at the top right.

You are automatically directed to the page "my account".
Under the label "my profile" you will find the link "manage my user settings profile".

- I have forgotten my password
Click on the link
and you will arrive on the page where you will find the link
Photographs
- How do I upload my images ?
Only professional photographers are entitled to upload images.
Click on the link "my account" at the top right.
Log in by using your login and password.
You are automatically directed to the page "my account".
Under the label "my photograps" you will find the link "add a photo".
- How can I change the order of my images ?
Click on the link "my account" at the top right.
Log in by using your login and password.
You are automatically directed to the page "my account".
Under the label "my photos" you will find the link "modify the order".
Once in the page "modify the order" you can click and drag your images. - How many images am I allow to upload ?
As many as you wish but please take care you only upload artistic images and thus no commercial images
- What are tags?
Tags are like keywords or labels that you add to a photo to make it easier to find later. You can tag a photo with phrases like "Monument." Later if you look for pictures of Monument, you can just click that tag and get all photos that have been tagged that way.
