Yourshot is committed to respecting the privacy of internet users.

How do we protect internet users' information?

The accounts of Yourshot members are protected by a password created by the user. Yourshot takes precautions to ensure that the data relating to its members' accounts remain confidential We take reasonable steps to protected the data of members on our database and we limit access to members' data to staff who need it to carry out their jobs (client services and the technical team). However, we cannot guarantee the security of the data relating to members' accounts. Unauthorised consultation or use, malfunctions of hardware or software or other factors can at any time compromise the security of members' data.

Chat rooms, diaries and blogs, message boards, small ads and public forums

Do not forget that when you include public information in a diary, in a blog, on a message board, in small ads or on any other public forum, this information can be seen by everyone and used by these people to send you unsolicited messages.

User contributions

A. The Yourshot website retains the right now and in future to authorize the contribution of photos and other communications from you and other users ("User contributions") as well as to host, share and/or publish such user contributions. Obviously, Yourshot does not guarantee the confidentiality of such contributions, whether such user contributions are published or not.

B. You are solely responsible for your own user contributions and the consequences of publishing or posting them. With regard to your user contributions, you affirm, warrant and/or guarantee that: (i) you possess or hold the licences, rights, agreements and permissions for the use thereof and you authorise Yourshot to make use of all patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights and other proprietary rights in connection with all user contributions to allow the user contributions to be added and used in the manner envisaged by the website and according to the conditions of service of the website; and (ii) you have the agreement and/or written permission of any person identifiable in the user contribution to user the name or likeness of any person identifiable so that the user contributions may be added and used in the manner envisaged by the website and according to the conditions of service of this website. For the avoidance of all doubt, you retain all your proprietary rights on your user contributions. However, in submitting your works to Yourshot, you thereby grant to Yourshot a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicencable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, prepare works derived from, present and create the user contributions in connection with the Yourshot website and the activities of Yourshot (and its successors) including but not limited to promotion and partial or full reproduction of the Yourshot website (and its derived works) in all formats and through any media channels.

C. With regard to your user contributions, you also agree that: (i) you will not submit material that is protected by copyright, by trade secrets or by any other proprietary rights of a third party, including publicity rights and the right to privacy, unless you are the holder of such rights or you have the authorisation of the legal holder to publish the material and to grant to Yourshot all the licensing rights granted above; (ii) you will not publish falsehoods or inaccurate representations which could harm Yourshot or any other third party; (iii) you will not submit documents that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically insulting, and will not encourage behaviour that could be considered a criminal offence, give rise to legal action, infringe the law or be inappropriate in any way; (iv) you will not publish advertisements, offers of employment or requests for employment: (v) you will not pass yourself off as another person.

Yourshot does not necessarily agree with the user contribution or any opinion, recommendation or advice therein and Yourshot expressly disclaims all responsibility in connection with the user contributions. Yourshot does not authorise activities on its website that infringe copyright or intellectual property rights and Yourshot will remove all the content and all the contributions of the user if it has been correctly informed that this content or these user contributions infringe intellectual property rights. Yourshot reserves the right to withdraw content and contributions without prior notice. Yourshot will also withdraw a user's access to its website if that user is found to be a repeat offender. A repeat offender is a user who has been notified or who has carried out illegal activities more than twice and/or has had a user contribution withdrawn from the website more than twice. Yourshot also reserves the right to decide if the content or a user contribution is appropriate and in conformity with these conditions of service as regards infringements other than those of copyright or the law on intellectual property, including but not limited to pornography, an obscene or defamatory document or a document of excessive length. Yourshot can withdraw such user contributions and/or withdraw the user's ability to upload documents contravening these conditions of service at any time and at its own discretion.

You recognize that Yourshot may or may not preview the Content but that Yourshot and its creators have the right (but not the obligation) at their sole discretion to preview, refuse or alter any content made available through this service. In this regard, you recognize that you cannot rely on any content whatsoever created by Yourshot or submitted to Yourshot, including but not limited to information on Yourshot message boards and on any other part of the service.

Do we use "cookies"?

Yes. Cookies are the information that a site sends to your computer when you visit it. Cookies work in combination with the content of the site itself to enter and store information. They are also used to monitor your activity and learn about your preferences from your past or present visits. This lets us supply you with services and improve your experience on our site. We also use cookies to supply you with overall figures on the number of hits on the site and on interaction with the site, with a view to offering improved tools or experiences at a later date. We may call on third parties to help us to manage the cookies. However, these suppliers are not authorised to use the information collected for other purposes than to help Yourshot to carry out and to improve its activities.

However, you will still be able to access most of the functions on the Yourshot site.

Do we pass on the information we collect to third parties?

We do not sell, market or in any other way transfer your identifiable data to third parties unless we have your prior agreement as described below. Yourshot places great value on the security and confidentiality if your personal information and has procedures and policies such as this in place so as to guarantee that your privacy is respected. We may also pass on your information where necessary to comply with legal obligations.

However, anonymous information on internet users may be supplied in aggregate form to other parties for commercial, publicity and other purposes.

How can you remove, delete or change the information that you have given us?

To change your subscription to our email service or to stop receiving all emails from Yourshot, please let us know by changing your preferences in the 'View or change my profile' section. Please note that due to email production scheduling, you may still receive emails for which production is already underway.

To delete all your Yourshot online account information from our databases, go to the 'View or change my profile' section of our site and click on 'Delete my profile'.

Outside links

To supply with you with even more interesting content, we may include outside links on our site. These linked sites operated different, independent confidentiality policies. We therefore hold no responsibility as to the content or activities of these sites. Despite this, we try to protect the integrity of our site and all comments on these linked sites (in particular if a specific link does not work) are welcome.

Third party advertisements

The advertisements appearing on this website may be come from Yourshot or from one of our internet advertising partners. Our internet advertising partners may install cookies. These cookies allow the advertiser's server to recognise your computer each time it sends and online advertisement. In this way, the advertiser's servers can compile information in order to learn if you or the other people who use your computer have seen their advertisements and to see which ones you have clicked on. Resale of service not permitted

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, market, resell or exploit for commercial purposes any part whatsoever of the Yourshot website.

Termination

You give your agreement that Yourshot may, in certain circumstances and without prior notice, terminate with immediate effect your Yourshot account, all associated email addresses and access to the service. Reasons for such a termination include but are not limited to, (a) infringements of the conditions of service or other agreements or directives included therein, (b) a request made by you (deletions of account initiated by you), (c) suspension of or alteration to the documents of service (or a part of this service), (d) unexpected problems or difficulties of a security or technical nature, (e) prolonged periods of inactivity, (f) your engagement in illegal or fraudulent activities. The termination of your Yourshot account includes (a) removal of access to all parts of the service, (b) deletion of your password and all of the information, files and associated content within your account (all or part), and (c) prevention of any further use of the service. In addition, you agree that any termination for a given reason shall be at Yourshot's sole discretion and that Yourshot cannot be held responsible by you or any other third party for the termination of your account, associated email addresses or access to the service.
